While I fully support residents’ ability to compost and maintain sustainable practices on their own property, the current placement of this compost pile is creating issues for others nearby. It has become a noticeable eyesore and is producing odors that are impacting the surrounding area. Please see several reports about this from many neighbors. This is an ongoing issue. Because this structure is located in the right-of-way, it affects not only the adjacent property but also the broader neighborhood. Composting should be maintained in a manner that does not negatively impact others, including being placed out of public view and at an appropriate distance from neighboring homes. I respectfully ask that this situation be reviewed and that the resident be required to relocate the compost pile to a more appropriate location on their property, where it is not visible from the street and does not create a nuisance for others.
Multiple deep and dangerous potholes on the road to go south
The complaint is the lack of curb. Trucks from next door atrhe drywall company, the mail people, and cars in general cut the corner and drive into my yard all the time. Every year i am filling holes from tires with dirt. Can I request a curb?
Both 3325 and 3403 S Allendale Drive have placed signs in public right-of-way in front of their houses.
Extremely low communication lines in the neighborhood but particularly through my yard. One pole seems to have a broken guide wire. No idea who to contact about this
Pit holes up both sides when coming from Third streets
Many potholes on this street this is messing up my suspension on both my vehicle.
Road is horrible. People drive down the middle of road to avoid potholes
Third Street playground is located on a busy road and the playground is not fenced in on all sides. The younger toddler play set is located right next to an unfenced area that is located very close to the road. While playing today a two year old wondered from the playground into the road after he slid down the slide on the toddler portion of the playground. Luckily there were no cars coming and a bystander stepped in. This could have been prevented if the fence was extreme Ed to include the north end of the playground as well as a fence included between the playground and the small parking lot.
