Street & Traffic Signs:

Other: We would love a couple speed bumps along South Madison st. Every day between 4:30-6:30 or whenever the Rogers and Country Club/Tapp intersection gets congested we get several yahoos ripping through here skirting that intersection. This is a pretty kid and family area. People of all ages are often outside riding bikes, walking dogsor whatever and it's not rare for someone to rip through here approaching 50mph. Even 35 on this small quiet street is excessive. I suppose this has been going on always but today I was nearly hit by a car going way too fast and blowing through the stop sign at Madison and graham. I know city stuff can be glacial in the best if days, but it's really getting out of hand now that students are back and traffic patterns have reverted away from our summer driving routes.
