Google Maps believes E 10th St is entirely walkable, but in fact there is a stretch from the intersection at N Smith until the sidewalk starts at Fountain Park Apartments without any sidewalk. It is not safe to walk, and it also means many directions given online are dangerous.
Need a crosswalk from bus stop to Meadow Park Apartments. Due to curvature of the road, there is low visibility for both cars and pedestrians attempting to cross the street after exiting bus.
Sewerage smell on the west side of the road on Kerry Drive. There is a Fiber Optic lid (green) that is popped and seems to mark the general area of the smell. I have noticed the smell for one week. The storm drain that was repaired last year washed out on first significant rain this spring. It's a deep crack in the concrete that goes down quite a way and could pose a risk to children in the area. Its right where the storm drain goes under Post road.
The bike store recently put up a super bright orange neon light in the window facing Grant Street that says Velotric. It lights up the apartments across the street all night long. Can they turn it off at night or move it to another window? This is a neighborhood not a mall. They are the only busines in the area.
