Menards has been blocking off its checkout lanes by placing carts and chains across the aisles. This would be a major hazard for exiting the store during an emergency.

Fires are regularly being set on property adjacent to the Arlington Valkey Neighborhood. Several times per week, these fires are used to melt copper from wire or to make drugs. In both cases, the toxic fumes engulf residents’ yards and homes. In the case of Rosemary Dalton, this has caused illness on a few occasions. She has asked me to file this on her behalf
