The owner doesn't reside on the property. Several large pine trees were removed. In that area weeds have grown. Some of them are 3-4 feet taller than my 6ft. fence and are encroaching on neighbors' properties. I have no way to contact owner Dennis Wichelns, but he uses Rusty's lawn Service who should be able to contact him.

We have lost about a third of this tree this year. We tried to send pictures of other angles but there appears to be just one allowed. The branches are falling with wind and without wind. It is an eyesore and the sidewalk has also separated and moved by the tree.
Re: street cleaning Good afternoon, I've noticed our neighborhood has not enjoyed the annual visit by the city's street sweeping/cleaning machines. As sand, grit, and debris continue to accumulate along the curbs, I wonder if Bloomington still uses the street sweepers, as this debris seems to be a common eyesore throughout various city locations. Hello- The drain in our cul de sac regularly is clogged and I've written about this before. The pipe which runs from the drain to the city easement drainage creek, runs through our back yard. The city sent out a crew several years ago and Phil Peden emailed with pictures saying there were multiple breaches as someone (before we moved here in 2011) connected to the pipe with gutter discharges or something. He said it was our responsibility to fix the pipe, but since it deals with city water using our property, I was hoping the city could help us. We have regularly had water in our basement since moving here and have spent thousands of dollars drying it. The whole water from the neighborhood comes towards us, as well as the golf course water down the service road in our backyard. Our neighbors' yard along creek is overwhelmed with water as well. The sewer drain keeps getting clogged. I shoveled it out yesterday during the heavy rain but it keeps getting clogged with street debris. I'm worried it will get clogged again this afternoon and I won't be home to help with it.
Recycling bin was in place but nit emptied.
Excessive overgrowth of weeds and grass. Some weeds two stories high. Weeds grown up densely near doors and porch. This has providdd habitat for snakes in residential neighborhood. Children in household. Litter strewn everywhere.
Consistent neglect of lawn. Weed overgrowth taller than doors and windows. Litter and junk in lawn and driveway. Weeds growing up house over two stories in height. Inordinate amount of brush, weeds and grass has led to rat snakes and garter snakes in a residential neighborhood unaccustomed to this. The homeowner has been notified and consistently disregards complaints and concerns of neighbors.
