We are aware of this issue and agree that the signal operation should be adjusted so Walnut is not being stopped unnecessarily when there is no conflicting demand. The change requires some more specialized signal timing work from our consultant. They have been having trouble accessing the signal remotely, but we are continuing to work with them and, at the latest, expect they can address it during an upcoming visit to Bloomington.
