Two couchs on curb for three weeks. Grass probably dead under them some loose trash near house. Where Dunn Ts into second. Couldn't see address on house so this is a guess from the gis map.

I would love if it would be possible to add a streetlight near the front of 925 E Hunter. It is very dark especially when walking at night.

There are 2 trees here falling across the sidewalk. The owner needs to take care of it before they fall and hurt someone. They are along the sidewalk that runs parallel with Kinser.

the app says that all of the EV charging stations at Switchard Park are "unavailable."

In follow-up to #211031(5/28/26) which referenced the pothole on the northwest edge of Kirkwood and Elm. Many potholes were filled in the surrounding area, but this was not. This one is problematic because in turning from Elm onto Kirkwood there is no way to safely avoid it.

This house was recently bought by Malibu Sober living. They keep filling a trailer with appliances and other trash and just moving it to different spots in the neighborhood. Its blocking part of the sidewalk
