Planning staff observed prohibited feather flag signage and will communicate with the businesses regarding their signage. The yard signs appeared to be located in County and State right-of-way, though, where the City does not have jurisdiction. Please report the signage located in their rights-of-way to the County and Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT).
