Other: There was a vehicle and trailer blocking the sidewalk on Henderson St. just north of Soma. The owner was by his car talking to a neighbor, and when I asked him to move it because it was blocking the sidewalk, he mouthed off, said explicit things to me, and refused to move it. I took a picture of his license plate.
