A deer has been hit and killed and is in the middle of the road.
The gravel alley along side the house needs to be resurfaced. There is a valley so deep in front of our parking spot that our car gets stuck in it. Please repair soon. Thank you.
HUB Lincoln (address noted from the flyer) left flyers in drivers side car door handles parked in lots downtown (reserved spaces for local businesses). This soliciting tactic is unwanted and seems unusual and like a safety issue. The leasing office is listed as 118 N Walnut St Suite 100.
This afternoon around 4pm I saw a worker wearing high vis urinating at our dumpster. We have road work nearby at 2nd st nearby the apartment, although I didn't personally confirm he was working with that team. Please make sure they have adequate facilities so this doesn't happen again.
This is a repeat of ureport #204475... Regarding the bridge over the train tracks where Rogers becomes Madison, between 11th and 13th street. The bike lane was painted again today, and again it was painted incorrectly. The technicians have not been following the engineered design, and as a result the merge zone has gone missing. This is important to let cyclists and drivers both know that the bike lane ends. It's also important to provide a suggestion for where the merge should occur -- it is much safer to merge at low speed and high visibility at the top of the hill than at high speed and low visibility just past the crest. Thanks!
Sports signs all over in addition now to the fireworks. Feather flag too.
The left turn yield on green sign is covered still. I have seen multiple close calls where people turning left onto N College Ave did not yield to oncoming traffic
This road has many potholes and uneven surfaces. Its already a tight and narrow road with no lines and driving on it in the condition it is in can be dangerous. Most of this road needs to be repaved.
When heading south on College lately, the lights at 3rd, 2nd and 1st seemed to be perfectly time to turn red when heading south at the speed limit between each. I don’t know if this is incidental but could be much better. Also the light at Walnut and South Dr is turning green for South Drive for lengthy periods even when there is no one waiting and even during early AM hours.
