We’ll take a look at the southbound signal progression along College at 3rd, 2nd, and 1st. The signals are intended to provide progression for vehicles traveling around 20 mph, so we’ll check whether they are operating as intended. At Walnut and South Drive, we are also reviewing the signal operation and considering removing the pedestrian recall that currently gives South Drive a green even when there is no vehicle demand. This may help reduce unnecessary stops on Walnut when no one is waiting to cross. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and for your patience while we work through them.
