I appreciate the paving happening and the difficulty in controlling traffic around it downtown, but the crews need more signs and flaggers ASAP

Resident complaint of accessibility and clearly marked closures in the 6th/7th Street repaving project. Quick observation looks like they have traffic control devices encroaching the crosswalk along Rogers and no closures posted at alleys causing confusion.
Recent rains moved more trees down to the pedestrian bridge over Clear Creek on the new BRT spur. This is not a repeat of an earlier report.
Woody debris buildup at bridge trail.
There's a handful of potholes on this road (the direction heading to Aldis/Best Buy) that are HUGE. You have to fully enter the opposite lane to avoid them. I genuinely feel like if I hit one/all of them I would severely damage my car.
Car is parked on sidewalk. No answer when I knock.
Yard height is beyond control. Shrubs out of control
2 foot diameter pothole. Opened over night. Issue: “causing vehicles to swerve into oncoming lanes”
Several months ago a new culvert was installed underneath Browncliff which was intended to help the property across the street drain more effectively. Yesterday, in the torrential rain, the sheer volume of water became a literal fast flowing river across several properties on the west side of Browncliff Lane. this amount of water can't possibly be due to residential properties on Browncliff, Matlock and Headley. my guess is that it is actually unmanaged runoff from the IU golf course, which means it is probably full of fertilizers and pesticides. Since there is no effective water management anywhere on these roads, the water becomes a river, then a lake. I do not believe this is a natural floodplain, (since water on my property seems to naturally flow through a natural swale). This seems to be unmanaged water from other areas that simply hasn't been dealt with properly.
S Clarizz has deep potholes on both northbound & southbound lanes, where it meets 3rd St. They cover so much of the road it is impossible to avoid them. Pls help! Southbound is worse, but both sides have rough jagged edges. Thank you
