A plumber (Paul Young Plumbing) has confirmed a fiber optic cross-bore has destroyed my sewer lateral. I need to file a damage claim and identify which contractor was boring in my area and get it fixed as soon as possible.
A branch broke off a tree in front of our house and it is blocking the sidewalk. The street in the picture is Cricket Knoll in Gentry Estates. Our address is 4403 E Carrington Ct.
There is a drain grate that sits between this property that we manage and the property next door. Our property is having an issue with this grate filling up and backing up into the lower level of the property into the basement garage and flooding inside. The grate is not on the street but on a portion of the grass area between the 2 houses. Is this something the City would clean out or something that needs to be handled aside from the City? Please direct us on a resolution for this issue. Thank you
Resident called in to report that one of the "One Way" signs at the intersection of E 3rd Street & S Indiana Avenue is falling off the traffic light post.
I have at least 3 broken wires dangling from a utility line to near ground level in my back yard. I've had ATT and Comcast out, both either blame the other or claim the line belongs to my neighbor and they can't do anything to it without the neighbor's permission. Again, they're broken wires. They don't go anywhere. The utilities are just ignoring them and making excuses. Does the city offer me any options here? FWIW, last time I looked there were also wires hanging off of the next pole along the line at S Dunn St.
