The street light over the mailboxes at 2700 South McCartney Lane was turned over to city when McCartney Lane became a city street rather than a private street. It is no longer maintained by the HOA because of that. It has burned out and makes that area dark and dangerous. Can it be changed, please? The woman who frequents this area, Bobby, may need some assistance today. I know she is generally harmless but the screaming today is bloodcurdling and relentless, going on for three hours now. Much worse than usual. Somebody should check on her.

This tree at the street has been dying for years and looks like its about to fall when it gets windy, we park cars near it as do neighbors and its big enough to even damage out house now. Can it be cut down finally?

Vehicles continually parked on both sides of street, blocking traffic, and constantly have no plates. Please send someone to ticket these in road. Needs monitoring

This sidewalk issue is on Brighton Crest, but the house faces Bennington Blvd. I have lived in the neighborhood (Gentry Honours) for 10 years and this sidewalk situation has been a problem the whole time. Their downspout drain sits right on the edge of this area, but also water and mud come down the hill from their yard. When it rains, it looks like the photo. When it snows or becomes ice, it’s terribly dangerous. Most walkers have learned to walk around it or move to the other side of the street to avoid it. I understand that before I moved here, the owners tried to correct it by digging into the easement and adding rocks. Unfortunately, it’s getting worse and a proper fix is needed. Thank you.

To whom it may concern: I need a wheel on my recycling cart repaired. I have called 812-349-3443 three times during office hours and got a message that no one is there to answer my call. I have had this done before and it was done well and expeditiously, I appreciate your help. When done inn the past, I was asked to leave the cart at my curbside on a particular day.
