Received voice message from James Eller, owner and resident of 6000 S. Handy Rd. Mr. Eller alleges that settlement occurred to his yard as a result of CBU's water transmission main project.
The bicycle garage has a large flag type sign. This is not permitted by code.
Tenants are parking on the planting area adjacent to the alley on the north side of the building.
Half Price Books has a temporary sign without a permit
In space between 124 E. Kirkwood and 110 S. Washington. Can be accessed from Washington St. on north side of 110 S. Washington St. property. There is a gate that is unlocked allowing unrestricted access. During a site visit, I discovered a strong smell of urine in this area. Contractors working on site stated people are sleeping and urinating in the area. Please have owner, Paul Pruitt, place lock on gate.
Mark Todd from 5874 S. Handy Rd called and said fence and fence post was damaged when work was done. He says he will fix and will bill us, needs to know who to bill and where to send bill to. His phone # is 812-369-8300.
