Flattened dead skunk in the gutter in front of 1108 S Rogers St
Flattened dead skunk in the gutter in front of 1108 S Rogers St
Every time I come to Bryan park to enjoy a quiet walk with my dog there are 2-3 mowers zipping around in every area of the park. You can’t get away from them! I appreciate that the park is well maintained, but today (10-21-25) there are 3 mowers, and the grass is short and leaves already mulched. There is no need for mowers here right now at all. I know you want to keep workers busy but the park is about us and nature, not big loud machines.
Main poop pipe clean out busted and letting waste into yard and street. Happening for multiple days. Renter alerted.
This light is far too short for those going east/West on 17th street. Going west. It only allows 4 or 5 cars to go through the intersection. At a time and then the next one at college and 17th street also is short. So you have a backup of traffic that just sits there because the traffic lights don't snc in a way that allows traffic to flow.
Multiple potholes on E Rogers Rd near Forester St intersection. I think these were cold-patched a few months ago, but the patch has completely vanished.
Hired mechanics and car detailing staff working on cars in the driveway and on the side street. There were 3 trucks delivered for repair this week and parked in front of this house. Major car repair shop business going on for years and remains untouched by the city.
This bag has been at this campus walk building for over 2 months. This morning while walking my dog around 6:45 I saw 2 large rats exit the bag and my dog tried going after one. The smell is horrible and this is right by the sidewalk. Attached is an image of the bag and the property it’s at.
I'm concerned about very aggressive pit bull's on this property. I saw a larger gray/white one, just go after someone in back of house. There's a shed back there that people and dogs have been living in for some time now
Does the city test Jackson Creek for giardia. Many people including small children play in the creek. My dog drank water from the creek and now has giardia. If it isn't tested it should be, it is a risk for children.
The road is covered by grass and tree growth including a huge tree growing out of the sidewalk. This is the major railroad train access in the city of Bloomington. They use this every winter for emergencies and to switch tracks. I’m not sure at this point if the gate will even open. The road needs repairs and trees cut before winter to be safe. Ty so much for addressing this issue
