There is a large tree, split to the base that could blow over during the next wind. It's leaning into the house next door to complaintant, at 922 W. Orris Dr., which is vacant. It appears to have broken upstairs windows. He does not know how to contact the owner. This address is not in our rental system. He is handicapped, and wants to know if there is anything the city can do about the tree.
The back yard at this home is unmowed and very tall. It's a little gray house on the west side of S. Park St.
