Road needs Resurfacing. It is crumbling into very rough, potholes and gravel. Difficult for pedestrian and bike riders alike. This pavement has been poorly patched, causing additional rock chunks to develop and get hit by traffic. Hasn't been resurfaced in at least 25 years.

There are so many screws in this tree now. Any chance it could be removed? The original tenant moved out so I don't know who is doing this now.
Ticket got closed, but two mattresses and a full couch are still here, blocking the sidewalk, and looking terrible. This is visible from our place of business. Please remove!
The signage on the streets for the motorists that intersect with the BLine as well as the signage for the pedestrians and cyclists on the BLine aren’t consistent. I worry that an accident will occur. Cyclists, pedestrians don’t know if drivers will stop. Some do, some don’t. Attached is one photo. The rules/expectations seem to be different for each intersection. Thank you!

Porch light is bright, piercing bulb that casts shadows through the windows of neighboring properties. Tenants (who change most years) tend to leave it on for days/weeks at a time. The fixture is unshielded glass and the bulb sits below that fixture anyway.
I think we're at day 3 (or more?) of 'large broken desk discarded onto front lawn'.
