Directly across from Honda dealership there are two items that need attention. 1 being occluded storm sewer, the other being two pieces of stone next to curb on road. Stone sizes are approximately 1/2 of a loaf of bread size. Thank you as always. What do we do if there are unneutered male dogs in the park? There have beens several instances recently at the park and an unneutered male pit bull mix was constantly trying to hump my male dog. I'm afraid of a fight breaking out. The web page says dogs must be spayed/neutered, but the rules sign posted (I'm pretty sure) does not say it's necessary. We've just had to leave every time this has happened.
The light in the cultasac is out. Right by property at 4332 College Heights Circle and 4348 College Heights Circle. Can you have someone replace it please. Not stop light but light for neighborhood. Thanks.
I would like to bring to your attention the poor walkability of Rockport Rd between W Pinehurst Dr and Graham. This 200 yards' block is the "missing link" between the Southern Pines neighborhood (which has a decent sidewalk network) and the Country View apartment complex, which has the closest city bus stop. On this block of Rockport Rd, if one is to walk north from W Pinehurst Dr along the west side of Rockport, the sidewalk simply ends in a fence (pictured in the photo attached). I pass there often, and I've seen pedestrians use the road shoulder, which is quite dangerous, what with the narrow street, heavy traffic, and limited visibility (hills). On the east side of Rockport Rd, there is sidewalk part of the way, but it is not continuous either; besides, crossing the road twice may be dangerous, especially for older people and children, considering what the traffic and visibility in Rocport Rd is like. I think it would be highly useful for many residents (and for people who have to drive through there) if some kind of improvement project were undertaken. One ought to either build a sidewalk along the west side of the road, or to complete the sidewalk along the east side and create marked pedestrian crossings at W. Graham and W. Pinehurst (or W. Ralston).

A sidewalk I walk on in my neighborhood has a bush that is growing too far onto the sidewalk and needs to be trimmed back. 2401 Cedarwood Drive; side yard on The Stands; house on Cedarwood Drive, corner.
A sidewalk I walk has an overgrown tree that makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk and also blocks the line of sight when driving and trying to turn on that corner. 2507 Cedarwood Circle.
Pot-holes on Yancy which is a dead-end street. The holes are at the end where vehicles have to turn around. Thanks

Dumpster has been in the drive-way for over 8 months, full of trash. Cars blocking the sidewalk.
