why are there people walking with babies and small children on the cart paths at Cascades golf course. very dangerous for children, lawsuits for city, this is a pay to use facility not a city park. happens every day.

Hello, I live at the end of Stull Ave. There is a path between some shrubs into Bryan Park at that point. Right now it is a soil path which gets muddy and is eroding. On the ramp east of the bypass that leads to the 8th street underpass there are two big black ropes hanging from a tree, right at face level for a cyclist. I nearly got smacked in the face with one as I was traveling down the ramp to go west under the bypass.
