For HAND: Please come check 701 S Eastside Drive. There have been 4 plastic bags with yard waste in them out in the yard. Obviously they cannot be picked up, there is a note with the reason why attached to one of the bags. The students in the house need a reminder that they cannot leave these bags there for weeks on end. Thanks.

Resident (Janeene 812-325-0369) called stating that her recycling had been perfectly sorted but homeless people had been digging through it overnight and had messed up the five bins that the recycle crew did not pick up (crew did pick up two bins). I told her that we could likely do a one time courtesy pick up once I had spoken with the crew about the recycling. When the crew (946) came back in from the route I was informed that the recycling had been mixed and that there had been shoes, pants, and other trash mixed in with it as well. I called the resident back at that time and advised that we would not be able to pick up her recycling as a courtesy due to the state that the recycling had been in.
