For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Neighbor repeatedly parks in alley, blocking safe flow of traffic (1st alley between Wylie and Dodds, off Rogers) Repeatedly asked not to block alley, but continues to do so.

I'm helping a person with a sick fish online in the forum on my website, and we're trying to evaluate the quality of water. I've looked at the water reports, and although I see carbon, which obviously indicates alkalinity, there's no mention of calcium, magnesium or no mention of pH. Can you help us? Thanks so much.
