W. Green Road, just west of Rogers, is a somewhat pronounced hill. After residents driving on the snow yesterday it has turned to ice, making it difficult (impossible) for some vehicles to make it up the hill.

Tried to search Municipal Code site No go! was hunting the 'snow removal' ordinance. Error page follows: "City of Bloomington Municiple Codes ERROR opening the Index - contact sysadmin! I see stickers on some parking meters for the www.parkmobile.com service. I'd like to take advantage of it but I find no info on the City website about it and the parkmobile website doesn't list Bloomington on its map. I don't want to sign up if it's not legit. Can you tell me if it is?
