Turning left off of Bethel Lane onto Old 37, a pot hole, just at the crest of the hill, right hand lane, broke off the stabilizer bar on my 98 toyotat 4runner. Just got it back from Thorton's welding, and it cost me $1000. Pot hole is now filled with orange spray paint beside it. Is there any road hazard re-imbursement I am entitled too?
