Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me. Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. Contractor would like to figure out a suitable correction that does not jeopardize CBU infrastructure, etc. Please contact him by phone today to set up a site visit.

Recently a City Water Main was reported broke and water flooded sidewalks and parking lots. A few days later the bank noticed it also left a coating of clay in the basement of the Chase Bank, 2642 E. Third Street, Bloomington, IN. Facility Manager notified city who sent out a Risk Assessor to look at the issue who told the bank personnel that they would call FM back and let him know that he would have to fill out legal forms if we wanted to pursue the city cleaning this up. I would to get a call about the next step and the forms to fill out.
