I've reported the streetlights on Driscoll & S. Dunn being out multiple times to both the city and Duke. Every time I get an auto response that they are fixed, when they never are. Who do I have to contact about this to actually get them to work?

There is a big ditch that has developed over the last year that needs to be fix in the front of my house(1008 East Thornton Drive) It is on the main street(Thornton Drive)Can you please have someone out to fix it soon? With winter close it will be extra dangerous to park there.I think it just needs to be filled in with gravel. There is not a lot of parking available there because of the ditch. Crosswalk needs a vertical sign to caution drivers to slow down and respect crosswalk. This is at Hunter and High St.
