Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. Really deep pothole shortly on hillside shortly after high and hillside. Pothole is severe enough to have caused a flat tire on my vehicle.

The one way sign on 6th & Indiana is broken and facing the wrong direction. I've seen at least two vehicles turn west into 6th Street from Indiana. Fortunately, there were no vehicles approaching the intersection.

ATS 5 p.m. on March 11th Walnut Street heading Northbound the lights at Kirkwood turn 15 seconds ahead of the lights on 3rd and 4th Street and the lights on 6th and 7th Street . the Kirkwood light is out of sequence by 15 seconds.
