On 4th Street slightly West of Dunn on the North side of the Street a meter is broken. Put two quarters in and nothing happened.

The entrance of the alley off of Howe heading South has a few potholes and loose gravel. It is the alley between 521 and 601 W Howe.

For north/south traffic, neither left-turn arrow works. For traffic moving west, the left turn arrow always comes on whether or not there is traffic in that lane or not. I have not noticed a problem with eastbound left turn lane but that's not to say it doesn't have a problem as well. :)

Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG

Complaint of insufficient and unclear construction signage. Is making it difficult to get into parking lot where she works and sometimes forces her to take one way streets the wrong direction in order to access parking lot.
