The lights on E. 3rd St. also called 46 are not seen. For the volume of traffic with the university and the hospital it just took me 13 minutes ago from Bloomington Hospital to sitting at the light at the stadium football stadium. This is not the first time it is very frustrating. When at the end of a long day you’re trying to get home feed your family and do homework and you are stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic because the lights aren’t seeing for the volume of traffic on this road. Please look at the lights on E. 3rd St. from the hospital going towards Charlottesville and sync, the lights to traffic flows better and doesn’t get so backed up

This may not be the exact location, but there's a cluster of like four deep potholes on Earl Young Rd right around here. Honestly, there's a bunch along the road if you all could please go along and fill them in.

This pothole takes up over half of the lane in the lane headed towards the bypass. You can't miss it unless you swerve into the other lane, and then there's another one that's smaller but really deep right after it (if you could also fill that one that would be amazing). It looks like someone took a circle the size of a hoola hop (or larger) out of the pavement. There have been some close calls where people have tried to swerve around it into oncoming traffic and almost crashed.

Workers ahead (or alike) sign is left on the East bound side of Rhorer. Similarly, just across S Walnut Street, there is another sign also on the East bound side of the road. Please pick up these two signs.

The asphalt is largely missing in one part of the alley that runs between 508 and 514 N Washington Street (alleyway from Washington to Lincoln). The dangerous section is next to the garage for 508 N Washington, where the road is steeply inclined and the asphalt on the south side is broken up and washed away.
