After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The 25mph speed limit is rarely enforced. Suggests: Signs warning drivers to drive slowly, and/or blinking yellow light at intersection, and/or increased enforcement of speed limit.

Ms. Epperson called to see if City cld. cut down large branches from trees that are restricting use of her driveway. Also, she noted there are electrical wires & telephone lines that the branches "knock" into, presenting a hazard to herself & others in area.
