Sanitation Dept. employee has found more trash from BW3 in a city owned green barrell in the parking lot behind Dunkirk Square.
DRAIN IN GARAGE BACKING UP
Residents leaving trash cans on the sidewalk all the time. Ms. Craig is unsure who the trash cans belong to; possibly 1017 E. 1st St. or 1015 E. 1st St., which is a rental property (unregistered).
