Some questions about the white PVC pipe that drains into Sheridan Creek. It is supported by concrete chunks that have moved around over time and, I think, maybe the bank has eroded or pulled away. I have been visiting it for over 10 years and noticing the changes. One thing I first noticed were the bright orange (mulberry?) roots, so carrot orange that at first I thought they had to ne man-made cables. But: now I see earth has been moved around. Doesn't seem to be from flooding. Is it something Parks employees did? And I'm curious what drains into the creek (related to the manhole cover on the other side of the asphalt path. Thanks for your help and for your work maintaining and improving a Park i enjoy so much.

Our neighborhood of Arlington Commons has become overrun by overflow traffic from the Atlas apartments. They take up the all of the street parking, leaving nowhere for actual residents that live on that street. They will often come through late at night with their music on very loud as well. Additionally, the roads are already narrow and the way they park make it difficult to get in an out of my driveway. I would like to request a parking permit for Arlington Commons neighborhood only- and for it to extend into the evenings and the weekend. I am especially concerned for when weather is bad as I foresee many accidents trying to get in and out of driveways with so many cars on the streets.

The owner of this property has left a trailer full of trash, including hazardous and combustible materials (a gas can and yard waste) along the private roadway easement that is part of my property. He has been asked to move it and has refused. This is not only ugly and inconvenient, but a danger to myself and my neighbors.

Deer are causing dangerous mayhem in the sycamore knolls neighborhood. They are destroying my landscaping, killing trees, acting aggressive to myself, causing dangerous road conditions and accidents, posing a danger to children. There are too many living in close proximity to this neighborhood- not only in proximity but actually living out their lives in the neighborhood specifically! It's a huge issue.

To Administration AND Council members: Have seen lately that many of our reports that require BPD attention are not receiving response or being updated by them. I am not sure why they continue to be involved in this reporting system (which is quite helpful to constituents and visitors alike) if they refuse to respond to anything. This is frustrating as a taxpayer and resident to see and deserves response and further discussion. Why would other departments close these reports out when BPD still needs to address their portion (I.e illegal activity)? If BPD won’t respond to serious complaints about ongoing issues in uReport, then a statement about that needs to be made.

I have made several attempts to pay an invoice via the City of Bloomington portal that the QR code directs me to. Every time I select "Pay Now" the portal reports an error: There was an unexpected error. Please contact the jurisdiction. ErrorId: 68392e5f-0b38-487f-ae74-2c2cffcf49fd Is this an error on the city's side that will be corrected so I can make the payment, or is there a known browser compatibility issue? I have tried it on multiple platforms.
