The intersection of Arlington and Telluride is very dangerous, especially turning out of Telluride. A sign indicating a pull out is there or warning sign to slow down would be helpful. Speed bumps along Telluride would also be helpful for the traffic coming down that road as pulling into it from Breckenridge is dangerous due to lack of visibility caused by parked cars.
The metal cover for this part of the sidewalk has fallen sideways, creating a tripping hazard. Please readjust or replace.
Due to the fast and reckless driving from the students in our neighborhood from Atlas on 17th, I have almost been hit two times while walking. I am asking for speed bumps and road signs/speed limit signs to help with this issue.
The Atlas on 17th does not accommodate parking for all its residents. This has pushed their renters into pouring into our roads and alleys. We need help combating this situation. We do not have enough spaces to park and they are throwing trash and beer cans into our family community. Due to then driving in our area, I have almost been hit by a car two times this week. I did call and report to police. One car threw a beer can out the window and yelled 'woah!' On the second occasion. We need help.
This is the bus stop for children. My child has almost been hit here, ive almost been hit here, it is dangerous. Maybe we could put a cross walk, speed bumps, mirrors, a light? For the safety of all people coming in or out of this neighborhood, we need action.
I live on a cul-de-sac in Hyde Park (Taylor Court). Along the south side of the cul-de-sac, there are 3 trees in bad condition. These are in the right-of-way, right by the street. The worst one is the one located between the properties 3708 and 3710 (ours). It has many dead branches and if it would fall in a storm in would cause serious damage. I have noticed that tree work has been scheduled in adjacent streets. Please include these 3 hazardous trees (or at the very least, the one between our properties, right by the driveway (closest in attached picture)) in this removal work. Thank you.

Street parking is being occupied by visitors of nearby Atlas apartments, leaving none for people who live on the street itself. I would request permit parking only, with permits available for homeowners on Breckenridge. Also, the ally behind Breckenridge is being used for parking by the Atlas visitors as well, not leaving enough room for cars to safely drive past.
A broken down car has been parked here for over 2.5 years and using a parking space. Over a year ago the owner said she was going to get it towed and never did. The owner lives right across the street at 2117 S Susie street. There’s very limited parking in our neighborhood, and people could be using that space.
I am a home owner on Madison st and me and my son have been continuously harassed by homeless and people using drugs on this connector to the bline, especially in the evenings. It also gets very dark and is hard to see even with bike lights. I have been charged at and threatened multiple times and its starting to happen more frequently with people not from the neighborhood constantly in and out of this connector causing problems and digging through trash cans.
