Other: I have made several attempts to pay an invoice via the City of Bloomington portal that the QR code directs me to. Every time I select "Pay Now" the portal reports an error: There was an unexpected error. Please contact the jurisdiction. ErrorId: 68392e5f-0b38-487f-ae74-2c2cffcf49fd Is this an error on the city's side that will be corrected so I can make the payment, or is there a known browser compatibility issue? I have tried it on multiple platforms.

There is a current known issue with online payments. Online payments require a logged in account otherwise an error is shown. We are waiting on a fix from the vendor.
