The whole east side of the square has no lighting. All are out. Plus the courthouse clock is dark.
There is a car parked in front of my house where they should not be parked, blocking the intersection of Indiana and 14th street. They are parked next to the no parking street sign.
I haven't been able to fully assess this, but: cars heading northbound at 17th & Dunn appear not to be triggering the light. (This happened to me a week or two ago, as well - which may also have been the day after an IU football game?) If southbound cars are turning left, northbound ones never get a green (during a particular "round"), but if southbound cars are going straight, then there's a bidirectional green. Or a pedestrian hitting a button for a walk sign will get a green.
Uneven surface at intersection, especially at south side across Washington Street

Partial trapped ford mustang on Westside of the address has not moved in over a week. Limit is 72 hours. They have been doing this for years. Please put a stop to it. It really masks the area look terrible.
On dunn street, by the standard...South bound lane by curb
Why is parking allowed do close to the intersection at 16th & Lincoln. There is an old abandoned car there with a tarp on it that this person is using city property to store his vehicle on. Why does he get special treatment? This has been going on for years.
