Other: Our neighborhood of Arlington Commons has become overrun by overflow traffic from the Atlas apartments. They take up the all of the street parking, leaving nowhere for actual residents that live on that street. They will often come through late at night with their music on very loud as well. Additionally, the roads are already narrow and the way they park make it difficult to get in an out of my driveway. I would like to request a parking permit for Arlington Commons neighborhood only- and for it to extend into the evenings and the weekend. I am especially concerned for when weather is bad as I foresee many accidents trying to get in and out of driveways with so many cars on the streets.
