We are continuing to have sewage problems on our street. The plumbers cleaned the area where the cleanout is on the yard and alley meet, however, now the street itself is oozing sewage.

Tap water taste like dirt, smells slightly of sewage, and leaves chemical taste and tingle in mouth after drinking. Concerns for the safety of the water and at minimum is not palatable at all.

From S Fenbrook to S Olcott, there is a significant fuel spill that remains on the road. It looks like someone laid down material to absorb it but never cleaned up. I’m concerned that during the next rain event, it will be washed into the nearby creek. I’m also curious if anyone is being held accountable for this. Thanks in advance for taking care of this.

There are two rectangular holes on the Windermere Woods property that present a hazard to those who walk through the green space. The holes are located on the lower portion of Windermere Woods Drive as it runs parallel to College Mall Road, about 150 feet north of Covenanter Drive. It looks like there is a refrigerant leak from a rooftop unit on top of Dragon Express in Jordan Square at 3rd and Eagleson. The amount of discharge has been increasing throughout the week, coming out of the gutter and into the alley/street. Photo is northeast side of the building behind dragon express.
