Trash has been scattered across the entire driveway for months with piles of more trash accumulating outside next to garage. Excessive growth to the point it looks like the movie setting for I Am Legend. After each storm large branches fall into street and are not picked up until neighbors just do it themselves. With the persistent amount of disregard to upkeep the outside it’s worrisome if there are hazards inside.
On Monday evening (4 May, ~10:30pm), we watched an East Asian-looking male tenant at this address use a City trash bin to transport trash from his residence down the street for three blocks, where he transferred it into the dumpster at 800 N. Grant. He made at least four trips, each time with the trash bin piled high with trash bags. The next day, this was reported to the property manager at 800 N. Grant (Pavilion), who said need evidence to move forward. We are wondering if this should have been reported to the police at the time or if instead a report to HAND is advised or if just contacting the property owner is sufficient or if photos should have been taken at the time. This is something that happens fairly often with dumpsters in the area. Seems like a form of trespassing.
Very concerned about large tree limbs laying across front lawn and greatly overgrown vegetation. Unsure of who the resident is at this house but have been observing for a few wks, seeing vegetation overtake yard and the tree limbs laying in place for over one wk. Can a wellness check also be conducted for the resident? Thank you.
Grass getting over a foot tall
I live at 1905 S Hawksmoore Drive. The house located across the street at 1910 S Hawksmoore Drive has been vacant since the owners purchased a new property in May of 2023. They also own the vacant lot at 1914 S Hawksmoore which is next door. The owners typically due the minimum to maintain this property. The garbage bins have been out front for 3 years. This spring the woodpeckers are continuing to poke holes in the siding and the Terminix worker believes it is the source of rodents. They have not cut the grass this year. Could you send someone to follow up? Thanks
Once again, neighbor has not yet mowed her lawn. Grass and weeds are high.
Armed Services Reserve Center: unkempt lawn. Foot-high grass. Their phone is busy all the time. 812-333-0598.
Overgrown lawn
the grass is nearly knee high and has not been mowed at the oakdale square property.
