One of the baracades from the new convention center build (in the back of our Music academy) was placed in a way where it is blocking access to one of our parking spaces. It seems to be placed outside of the gate that they erected and not on their property. It would be great if you could have them move it over so that we can access are parking. Also, there is a lot asphalt debris being left on our property as well from digging around that area.

According to Beacon (formerly Elevate), the chair of Art Commission lives in County near W Church Ln and claims homestead there. Again, how can that be allowed for only this commission? There are many good applicants for other commissions who are denied because they are not claiming voter registration at alternate family member address in city limits.

Over the hill behind the apartment complex in the wooded area there is an abandoned campsite that needs to be cleaned out. There are needles all over the ground. The trash and an old tent have been removed but not the needles.

Intersection of E 10th St. and E. Discovery Parkway has no crosswalk or pedestrian signaling. I have noted numerous people sprinting across from the bus stops adjacent to the USPS building and Fountain Park Apartments. It appears to be a busy enough pedestrian area, whether it be to access the College Mall area, get to the post office, or otherwise make it back to one's home.
