Thanks for letting us know. We’ve checked the signal timing on our end, and under the normal PM timing plan, 17th Street should be receiving substantially more than a 7-second green. The time of day may be important, particularly around the transition from the PM timing plan to the off-peak plan around 8 p.m.
I’ll plan to do a field visit during the afternoon and evening peak to observe the queues and turning conditions and see whether there are reasonable adjustments we should consider.
