When trying to turn left from Kimble Dr. onto 3rd. St. it takes multiple pedestrian light cycles to recognize there is a car there. Often the main 3rd. St. light will only change if someone is trying to turn right. This has happened on many occasions with adjusting the car to register the weight sensor.

I am writing to formally report the deteriorating road conditions on West Allen Street. Despite previous notifications, the roadway remains in poor condition and continues to worsen, creating significant safety hazards for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Specifically, the road suffers from numerous potholes, missing road lines, and uneven pavement, all of which increase the risk of accidents and vehicle damage. People keep parking in the yellow on the south side of E Maxwell Lane making this turn very tight. I almost got hit today.
