Other: I am a home owner on Madison st and me and my son have been continuously harassed by homeless and people using drugs on this connector to the bline, especially in the evenings. It also gets very dark and is hard to see even with bike lights. I have been charged at and threatened multiple times and its starting to happen more frequently with people not from the neighborhood constantly in and out of this connector causing problems and digging through trash cans.
