I run the shop at 208 N Walnut. I see 90% of people walk into oncoming traffic because they can’t see the pathway blocked by the water barrier.

The Lower Cascades Playground - The Yellow wooden Floors in the Lower Playground are deteriorating pretty badly. They are probably okay for the season, but there are starting to be significant signs of needing repairs and replaced. The Upper Cascades Playground main slide is not structurally sound to carry the weight of a three year old. The sections are splitting from each other.
bricks missing and loose
Water is brown / dirty
WRT #205296 - I have reported this in the past. Also, the city knows when students are moving in and out in August. Instead of leaving the heaps of trash by the ignorant or unwilling offenders (not asking for coddling), prepare the team for the excess and be ready with extra pickups, on the spot fines, knocking on doors to hand out the rules for example, to deal with this very predictable and temporary disturbance in the system.
The city alley along the north side of our home on 1006 South Grant Street, has a few large, deep potholes. They need to be filled in, new gravel to level with rest of alley. These potholes were created by utility trucks when each did some work in the spring. These heavy trucks (city tree trim, utility repair, cable repair, etc.) park to repair at the poles and their continued heavy weight created deep holes. Driving down the alley (which daily serves 5-6 drivers in three adjacent homes) has become very challenging. One can't veer easily to the side due to alley being narrow - and no one wants damage to our cars from suddenly hitting potholes! This gets exacerbated in rainy, muddy weather when you can't easily see potholes. Thank you for your attention.
Recycling and trash trucks. After the trash trucks come by, they leave behind such a mess…ie. leaving trash and recycling bins in the middle of the street! And bits of trash everywhere along their route. I went down South Overhill and seventh street in the green acres neighborhood and it looked like the streets of New York City the amount of trash I saw littered in the street.
Truck and trailer currently parked on sidewalk. They do this regularly on the evenings and weekends. Thanks.
Construction is very loud. It starts at 6:30am and even 6am making it very hard to sleep. There are lots of diggers, and drills which are very loud and even making the house rumble. All the residents in my block face this issue.
Car parked on road, seems that there are more than 3 unrelated adults living in this rental house.
