Other: 2nd year for this resident clearing and raking their leaves into street and storm drainage edge blocking the flow and clogging the storm drain. Leaving this pile in the street creates slipping hazards for motorists/cyclists and clogs the storm drains all the way to the end of the street due to being on a slight hill, which triggers the street to eventually flood & a layer of ice during the colder temperatures. I would appreciate your assistance in communicating with this resident to the problem they are creating, along with any means to assist them in appropriately removing their yard debris, or even providing leaf bags before they get compacted down and are harder for them to remove.
