Other: Storm box behind 2 properties thats takes in city water runoff from streets and properties and leads down two culverts to a concrete drain box. I work for Anthonys Lawncare-Landscape and tree removal and just cleaned 50ft at about a foot deep to clear culvert and re-do one property we were paid to regrade ect. When it rains the drain box is completely boxed in with one 5/8ths size pvc pipe to take water in (really makes no sence to me ) when rains properties hold water like a pond and fill concrete culvert drains with sediment and mud ect. Question is to send someone to investigate and see what can be fone about opening concrete drain box to take more water in to the outflow pipe over hill. Its been a problem for alot of years and now that i have everything clean and exposed the problem would be alot easier to diognose and fix. Thank you so much it this doesnt get fixed all the work i did at this adress listed will be for nothing. ( The drainbox sits in backyard to this address listed to east next door!).
