Whitehall plaza seems to be extremely hard pruning their trees. Does this site even have all the trees in place required when they built years ago? They’re removing all shade and growth. This shouldn’t be okay.

Curb not wheelchair accessible
The roads near FreshThyme on the westside of Bloomington, S. Welmir Drive and Runkle Ways are full of huge potholes
Sanitary sewer base and cover askew and open.
Smell and hear dog/s but never see them out side.
Alot of Big pot holes in this area. Also to when you are at the runkle way and W 3rd street intersection and you turn right going east towards N gates drive, there are more big pot holes.

There is a decent sized pothole at the stop sign. Plus several smaller ones in that area.
