The trash collection team broke the hinge on the rolling trash bin at my home. I need a replacement bin please as the lid no longer operates properly. And take away the broken one. I will leave the broken one in front of the garage. Thank you.

When exiting the school to 17th street, the curb is at an angle that is hazardous and makes pulling out to the street dangerous. Could we consider more like a 45 degree for the curb? Otherwise when pulling out, cars are getting very close to the incoming traffics side. Plus curbing is too likely to happen with the current set up.

Bland's towing was preparing to have my vehicle towed when my child upon the scene. My child offered to simply move the vehicle and the towing representatives said that if my child paid them $50 then the car would not be towed and my child could drive it away. The vehicle was NOT already attached to the tow truck. This is a clear violation of the towing ordinance since the car wasn't attached to the tow truck. My child prepared to pay the money and then take the car, but when my name was given as vehicle owner the tow rep recognized it as someone who knew that this would be in violation of city code and so they told my kid to just take the car. If my name had not been recognized in this situation, then the company would have fleeced someone out of $50. It is impossible to know how often this happens, but tow companies need to follow the tow ordinance and residents, especially students, need to be educated about local tow and parking policies. My kid didn't know what the law said, but as soon as I heard this story I knew that there would have been a violation since the car was not connected to the tow truck when my child came upon the scene.

The lizard statue at the little kids brian park playground has been covered in sidewalk chalk for over a week now, ordinarily it wouldn’t be an issue but the chalk stained my sons jacket and I would like to be able to let him play on it again.

The sidewalk in front of my house ends at the alley to the east of my house and then picks back up. There is always a huge hole there as there is no apron and everyone that wants to try to park on fourth turns around at this spot. Strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are completely out of luck here. Even small children struggle. And of course, the gavel runs into the street, mixing with the leaves and creates a formidable barrier to stormwater making it into storm sewer. I've asked for the sidewalk to continue "over" the alley as it does for almost every other alley in Prospect hill and on Kirkwood. No one even calls me back. Meanwhile, the city appears to be spending millions on curbs.

They keep letting their dogs off leash and cross the street to my yard. I have two dogs as well and I’m not sure if their dogs are friendly. They just let them run out at night. This is the second time around 10:15 that this has happened in the last couple of weeks.

Abandoned silver and black PT Cruiser (parked for at least one year) has been inoperable and parked at 604 North Staats Drive. Accumulated grime and mold growing on vehicle surface are evidence of abandoned vehicle.

Abandoned older red/white Ford pickup truck, closest to garage, (parked for more than five years) and also newer white Ford pickup truck (parked for more than two years) have been inoperable and parked at 3616 East Post Road. Flat tires and moss and mold growing on truck surfaces are evidence of length of time they have been there.
