Neighborhood Greenways are low-speed, low-volume, shared-space streets that create high-comfort walking and bicycling connections.

This project will install pedestrian signal heads with countdown timers and accessible pedestrian push buttons at City-maintained traffic signals and pedestrian hybrid beacons.

Sidewalk repair and replacement.

This project will install a sidewalk on the west side of South Rockport Road from approximately 280 feet southwest of West Graham Drive to South Pinehurst Drive.

This project will install a multiuse path on the north side of Rogers Road from High Street to The Stands Drive/Winding Brook Circle. The project will also provide an improved pedestrian crossing of Rogers Road at The Stands.

This project will install a new sidewalk along the east side of South Walnut Street approximately 350 feet south of Winslow Road to approximately 230 feet south of Ridgeview Drive.

This project would install a sidewalk on the west side of S Walnut Street from approximately 650 feet south of Burks Drive to 1,000 feet north of Burks Drive.

This project will construct intersection improvements at the Sare Road-Moores Pike intersection and a multiuse path on the west side of Sare Road from approximately Cathcart Street to Buttonwood Lane.

This project will remove and replace a damaged section of the South Sare Road Multi-Use Path.

This project will install or improve school zones and school-related pedestrian crossings throughout the City. The project is programmed to receive federal funding to aid in construction and construction engineering.

Traffic signal replacement at 11th & Walnut and 14th & Walnut.

This project installed two pedestrian islands along South Sare Road, one island at Winston Street and the other at Spicewood.  Funding for the project was provided by the City Council Sidewalk Committee.
