No attempt at snow removal two days after snowfall ended

I sent in a ticket yesterday and still no one has come to plow the snow in the parking lot between my apartment building and the neighboring lots and houses. I was told this was an alley and is the responsibility of the city. I have seen plowers come by the road next to our building to clean up that side, but not outs. Multiple cars are blocked in because of this.

The alley that runs between ollitic and Lindbergh is barely passable. Drift made it worse.

North Oak street has still not been cleared. I put in ticket 1/26 that was closed but no plow came by.

I’m curious if the alley between Washington and Lincoln that lets out on 11th and cottage grove is a road that is paved by the city! Thanks for any info!

We sent you our address at 1630 S Hathaway and a photo today. We cannot get out into south Hathaway court at all-and therefore cannot make medical appointments. This is a small circular drive that plows have passed by multiple times! They have renwick plowed (twice) and never plowed the little circle of hathaway ct. Pls direct a low crew out tonight as our safety is impacted. We just moved here into the city and are unclear why the city is not responsive.
