Apartment complex has not shoveled sidewalks
The alley behind the building is completely full of snow making it impossible to leave the garage therefore not allowing us to go to work. If you could please come out and shovel this ASAP.
Ticket #207736 I got a response for my email and tried to respond to it. But my message bounced back! I wrote "Thank you for responding to my e-mail! What happens to my request that the city dispatch a snow removal crew to address my compliance? I still need to get out of my driveway for an emergency!" S.Daneshgar
The alley behind Maple St needs plowed if/when possible, it’s the main entrance/exit for homes on this street.
Our road has not been plowed once and cars have been getting stuck just trying to leave their homes. People need to go pick up medicine and can't.
#207716 THANK YOU!! for clearing the roadway snow, neighbors came out to connect our own drives to the plowed area and socialize, smiles for miles. Thanks again
Our cup de sac has not been plowed and nobody can leave our homes. Neighbors are trying to shovel out the street. It has been over 24 hours.

To whom it concerns, Good morning! I am writing to express my displeasure with the snow removal services of the city in my neighborhood! Yesterday, I spent two and half hours removing the sidewalks along my property (703 West Ninth St., Fairview and West Ninth Street). It took me a long time to remove the heavy snow. I did this so the citizens and children would be able to walk easily on the sidewalks. I also had to remove the snow from the entrance to my driveway (on Fairview) so that I could drive out in emergency. I have a neighbor who has a medical issue that in case of emergency must get out of her driveway which she shares with me. I find the city ordinance obliging the homeowners to remove the snow from their property after 24 hours to be unfair! The amount of snow on my property when I removed it was close to 16 inches. Now it is over 3 feet because the snow removal crew dumped the streets snow on my sidewalks and driveway. Please send someone to remove the snow from my property. I am 73 years old and can no longer remove the snow for the second time. Please contact me at 812-322-4702 if you need to talk to me regarding this issue. Shahyar Daneshgar [email protected]
